By The Bay Melbourne ships Australia wide. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Shipping costs:
1-2 candles - $12.90
2-5 candles - $1545
5-10 candles - 21.95
10-25 candles - $28.95
25+ candles - $50 flat rate

Please allow up to 3 business days for your purchase to be packed and shipped and 5-7 business days to receive your purchase after initial transaction. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will only provide a refund of the purchase price where your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance we ask that you contact us at: enquiries@bythebaycandles.com.au and provide a photograph of the product so that we may assess it. If a refund is appropriate it will be made within 48 hours. If you simply require a replacement candle, one will be shipped to you free of charge.

We know you'll be happy with your By The Bay Purchase, but If you wish make a return for whatever reason, it must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. Refunds will only be made to the purchaser and refunded back to the card from which it was purchased.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@bythebaycandles.com.au.

For returns, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
